Using patented Omni Wheel and True Balance Technology, Upriser balances using 16 small counter-rotational wheels within its rear wheel to constantly correct balance. It has dual-optical sensors, a gyro-stabilizer, and an accelerometer that provide balance feedback to Upriser so it can stay upright at all times. The rear wheel must be in constant contact with the ground as this is the key signal it needs to stay balanced.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Upriser use a 2-cell lithium polymer battery that lasts for up to 45-60 minutes of drive time and takes 60-70 minutes to recharge using the included USB cable. The battery is replaceable using a 2S 1000mAh 10C (or greater) LiPo battery (sold separately).
From a stand-still position, press the top button on the controller and wait 3 seconds and Upriser will move into a wheelie position. Make sure to leave at least 2 feet of space in front of and behind Upriser when attempting to wheelie to give it room to self-correct balance once in an upright position.
For best performance, we recommend using Upriser in a large open outdoor area on a smooth surface (asphalt or pavement), free of debris and cracks. It can also be used on smooth surfaces such as tile, hardwood, and laminate. It cannot be used on grass, gravel, or other bumpy surfaces as the balance technology requires the back wheel to maintain contact with the ground.
In the power OFF position, regularly clean the back wheel with a dry cloth to keep it free of dirt and debris. The rider can also be removed to clean around that area. If your RC motorcycle is not driving as expected, turn Upriser and the controller off and restart to recalibrate.
